1. Return Window

You may request a return for any eligible item within 90 days of the date your order was delivered. This 90-day window is a commercial courtesy we extend to all our customers, reflecting our confidence in the products we sell and our dedication to customer care.

Requests submitted after the 90-day period has elapsed will not be eligible for a return or refund under this policy. If you are unsure whether your order qualifies, please contact us before submitting a request and we will be happy to assist.

2. Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions at the time it is received back at our facility:

  • The item must have been purchased directly through scoopmachines.com;
  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and free from damage caused by the customer;
  • The item should be returned in its original packaging whenever possible, along with any accessories, manuals, or components included in the original shipment;
  • Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email or order number) must be provided when initiating the return.

We also accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from what was described on our website. In those cases, the condition requirements above may be waived at our discretion. Please contact us immediately if you receive a damaged or incorrect item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

There are no restocking fees charged for any return, and no items in our catalog are excluded from return eligibility under this policy.

3. Non-Returnable Situations

While we strive to accommodate all return requests, we may not be able to process a return in the following situations:

  • The return request is submitted more than 90 days after the confirmed delivery date;
  • The item shows signs of misuse, unauthorized modification, or damage caused after delivery;
  • The item was not purchased through scoopmachines.com;
  • The customer is unable to provide proof of purchase.

4. Return Shipping

Scoop Machines covers the cost of return shipping for all eligible returns. You will not be charged any fee to send your item back to us.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label via email. Simply pack the item securely, attach the label, and drop it off at the designated carrier location. You do not need to pay anything at the time of drop-off.

Please do not ship items back without first receiving an authorization and a prepaid label from our team. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.

5. How to Initiate a Return

Starting a return with Scoop Machines is straightforward. Follow the steps below:

  6. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.

6. Inspection and Approval

Once your returned item is received at our facility, our team will inspect it to confirm that it meets the eligibility conditions described in this policy. This inspection process typically takes between 2 and 5 business days from the date we receive the package.

You will be notified by email once the inspection is complete and we confirm whether your return has been approved or, in rare cases, denied. If the returned item does not meet the eligibility conditions, we will contact you to explain the situation and discuss available options.

7. Refund Process and Timeline

Once your return is approved following inspection, Scoop Machines will issue a full refund for the purchase price of the returned item(s), including any applicable taxes originally charged on that item.

Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We do not issue refunds in the form of store credit or gift cards unless specifically requested by the customer.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of the date we receive your returned item at our facility. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional business days for the funds to appear in your account after we initiate the refund. This processing time is determined by your financial institution and is outside our control.

8. Exchanges

We currently do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, we recommend initiating a return for the original item and placing a new order for the item you prefer. 9. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@scoopmachines.com or via WhatsApp at +1 667-521-4684. Include your order number and, if possible, photos showing the issue.

In these cases, Scoop Machines will cover all costs associated with the return and will prioritize your refund or replacement. You will not need to wait the full 90-day window to report a problem of this nature; please notify us as soon as you notice the issue.
