Shipping Destination

Scoop Machines currently ships to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. All orders are fulfilled from our facility and dispatched via trusted domestic carriers. Because all shipments remain within the United States, no customs duties or import procedures apply to your order.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed on business days, which are Monday through Friday, excluding federal public holidays. Please allow the following timeframes from the moment your payment is confirmed:

  • Standard processing: 1 to 3 business days before your order is handed to the carrier.
  • High-demand periods: During promotional events or peak seasons, processing may take up to 5 business days. We will notify you by email if your order is affected.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time.

Shipping Options, Costs, and Delivery Estimates

Scoop Machines offers both free and paid shipping options depending on your order total, the items in your cart, and your delivery address. All available shipping methods, their exact costs, and estimated delivery timeframes are displayed clearly at checkout before you finalize your purchase, so you can choose the option that best suits your needs with full transparency.

As a general guide, the shipping tiers available are typically as follows:

  • Free shipping: Available on qualifying orders that meet the minimum order value or promotional criteria shown at checkout. Estimated delivery is generally 5 to 10 business days after dispatch.
  • Standard paid shipping: Calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. Estimated delivery is generally 4 to 8 business days after dispatch.
  • Expedited paid shipping: Where available for your address, estimated delivery is 2 to 4 business days after dispatch. The exact cost is shown at checkout.

Delivery estimates begin from the date your order leaves our facility, not from the date of purchase. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Taxes and Applicable Charges

Prices displayed on the Scoop Machines website include applicable taxes. Depending on your state of residence, sales tax may be calculated and added at checkout in accordance with applicable state and local tax laws. The final amount you will be charged, including any applicable sales tax and shipping fees, is always confirmed at checkout before payment is processed.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number. You can use this number directly on the carrier's website to monitor your delivery status. If you do not receive a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team so we can investigate promptly.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Scoop Machines is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. We will do our best to correct it before the order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee changes once the package is in transit.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is reported as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and, where possible, photographs of any damage. Scoop Machines will work with you and the carrier to resolve the situation as quickly as possible, which may include reshipping the order or issuing a refund, at our discretion.
